There’s a great post on Health Impact News of the same name that reprints chapter 11 from the book: The Chemistry of Essential Oils Made Simple: God’s Love Manifest in Molecules. As it’s copyrighted and reprinted with permission over there, I won’t further reprint it here but will offer a brief summary.
Brief Summary
Natural products such as essential oils can bring about healing without side effects, while allopathic drugs mostly have undesirable effects along with their apparent benefits. This is because natural molecules are most easily metabolised by the body but synthetic substances are not. Drug companies create unnatural substances that can be patented and monopolised as they are in control of their production. The key takeaway is that drugs and oils work in opposite ways; with drugs toxifying and oils detoxifying. The piece includes quotes from eighteen doctors who speak out about the realities of medicine, and these emphasise that medicines are of subordinate importance (to natural options) and that the person who takes medicine must recover twice.
