The BIS, founded in 1930 and operating above the law, has long been shrouded in mystery. Its corridors echo with history—some of it stained by war profiteering and geopolitical puppeteering.
Philanthropy or Programming?
The rise of activist networks, often funded by foundations with deep political ties, raises another troubling question: When revolutions are sponsored, are they still revolutionary?
